ROWING

CAPE COASTAL ROWING CLUB

Delighted to have our Lawhill Maritime students back after their well deserved four week holiday.

Welcome to the newbies who've had to make some choices and rotate between sailing, rowing, and motorised water training.

Hats off to our friends at LMI and coaches, always at the ready in cold wind and water, if not indoor training.
