Golden Globe
Jeremy Bagshaw on his yacht Olleana unfortunately had to retire from the main race due to continued issues with the barnacles on his boat and water problems.
He has managed to rectify these and has set off once again in the Chichester Class and is making much better progress.
He is currently in 1st place in the Chichester Class and still 5th in line Honours, with only 12,788 Nautical Miles to go.
The other South African entrant, Kirsten Neuschafer, is currently in 3rd place with only 10,221 Nautical Miles to go.
If you want to follow the Race, you can download the YB Races app, and search for the Golden Globe Race 2022.
