Gimco Regatta
|
|
RCYC hosted the annual Gimco Regatta. FBYC had three entries. Aquamaniac placed 6th in Cass B, Sir Henry placed 10th in Class B and our FBYC Academy Team placed 5th in the inter Academy Class and 7th in Class C.
|
Or Academy Team had a great experience and did well representing our club.

What to do if you’re bitten by a rabid seal

What happens if you get bitten or scratched by an aggressive seal carrying rabies? What are the protocols? These are some of the questions being asked by open-water swimmers, scuba divers and snorkelers after a new attack by a suspected rabid seal off Windmill Beach, Simon’s Town.
