The FBYC General Committee is pleased to announce that the Cadet membership subscriptions have been reduced to R1 000 per annum. We hope to grow our youth membership from this initiative.

|
Entries stand at forty. We are very grateful to INTASURE our key sponsor and we are happy to announce that SAS has come onboard with some sponsorship to join all the other sub-sponsors that support FBYC Sailing throughout the year and again for the Spring Regatta; STBB, THE SCONE SHACK, THE SILK PURSE, ARK INFLATABLES, ALLPORT CARGO SERVICES, SOUTHERN POINT MARINE and PAINTSMITHS. This year we’re hoping for a great regatta with good sailing and lots of fun.

Please take note: WPDSAA nomination CALLS for the 2023 SADSAA Light and Heavy Tackle Bill Fish Nationals from 19th November to 24th November 2023, hosted by Mpumalanga Deep Sea Angling Association, at Sodwana Ski Boat Club.

Brent Miller is a SADSAA appointed Small Vessel Surveyor (Sport & Recreation vessels of less than 9 meters in overall length).

Sale of Ice Tickets

Please note that the FBYC General Committee agreed to cease the sale of ice tickets to non-members.
|
Only FBYC members may purchase ice tickets and may take a maximum of 5 bags of ice per boat, per day.
|

Anglers please take note

Do to the lack of availability of the fishing licence application forms at the few Post Offices that are still open, you may download and print the form, and take it along with you to increase your chances of success.

Film Shoot at FBYC
Members please note that there will be a film shoot at FBYC on the following days:

This is for an Mnet TV series called “Summertide”.

There will be minimal disruption but we ask of members to please be patient during the production days.
