Important Member Notice
Please take note that Finance started sending Member statements out on the 22nd of April 2026.
This marks the full migration from the old accounting system to the new one with the aim to make sure, all Member accounts are as up to date as possible before the next annual billing in July 2026.
Statements will only be sent out if, according to our records, an account has an outstanding balance.
There are quite a few unallocated payments still sitting on the books, that could not clearly be identified, so it may very well mean that an account has been paid but that the payment has not yet been allocated correctly.
We therefore ask that you e-mail FBYC Finance with any questions and/or send proof of payments to finance@fbyc.co.za
We thank you for your co-operation in this regard.
