Read your Dolphyn Carefully for all the – Sailing & Club events on the Calendar.
SAILING CALENDAR
For a change, the weather forecasts look somewhat more friendly than they have been for the past couple of weeks with lower to mid-teens Southerly winds expected on both Wednesday and Sunday. That means that there is no justifiable excuse (even if you prefer to call it an explanation) for not spending time on the water. Whilst I need to check my arithmetic, I think that we finally achieved the elusive 20 different skippers since the beginning of February last week. Now all that we need in order to really put on a show for the South Peninsula public (and the non-sailing members enjoying our magnificent clubhouse facilities), even if the grass is a bit “non-green”, is for all 20 boats to appear on the start-line at the same time. Let’s do it!
