Dear Members;
In light of the serious increase of theft at the club over the past year, please be extra vigilant if you have boats on the marinas and the swings. Certain boats have been targeted out on the swing moorings over the weekend and items have been taken. Persons are possibly entering from the water, so please be cautious.
Please ensure your boat is securely locked. We suggest on-board boat alarms.

We have recently had a number of new Kayakers and Sufskiers joining the club so are planning a very informal paddle get-together at 10am on Saturday 14th October.
Hopefully we can answer any questions you have, give you some tips or point you in the right direction if you need specific help.
This paddle is also for people who are not able to get out on the water as often as they would like (we’d like you to come down and give your kayak some exercise!!!)
As a further incentive, we have planned this on the same day as the Beerfest so if the weather does not co-operate, come down, have a beer & ask your questions anyway!
PLEASE NOTE: Life jackets & splash covers are compulsory.
We look forward to seeing you down at the kayaker’s area from 10am next Saturday 14th October!
